The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, offering us pick up and drop off services as well as a cloak room. The lobby and restaurant area were also quite nice with comfortable seating. We also appreciated the location, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions in the area.
The rooms and especially the washrooms had noticeable signs of wear and tear, making us feel like we were staying in a refurbished building. the breakfast buffet had a limited and repetitive menu, which was not great for a romantic escape.
